Logbook app?

I’m wondering what apps anybody might be using for logging plant data?
I could easily build something in Excel, but wonder if there are any good apps that do it.

I just print out a table in Word, tracking the date, ph, ppm, relative humidity high/low, and temp high/low with another column for short notes and a larger area below the table for longer notes. I track that per plant and just print off more sheets as needed. I'm sure there's better ways, but that's what I use, since that doesn't account for photos, those are just on my phone.
