How can you tell actual wattage?

How do I find out how many watts each these are?

It looks like the link is broken but it should say something like 1000w (600 actual). Scammers purposely leave it out tho so be careful. Those arent actual numbers but just an example. Be weary of anything that says similar to "same as 1000w hps" as that means the actual wattage is lower usually.

Unfortunately with the multitude of different types of led diodes there is no formula that i know of. I've never used them so i may not be the best source of info but i have done some research as i have been thinking of getting something to replace my 250w hps. Only way I know of to know is to look carefully and if something seems too cheap it probably is.

Just looked up on amazon and found a prime example. In this listing they say 1000w led grow light but then in the description it says 110w. This is bullshit. Its a 110w light not 1000w. You can tell cause you couldnt get a 1000w anything for that cheap. A true 1000w led would cost several hundred dollars. https://www.amazon.com/Sale%EF%BC%81...3939080&sr=8-6

You can measure those and calculate watts.
