I have not used them nor have i used led but have seen a couple vids on youtube. I found a link you may want to check out if you havent already https://420expertguide.com/grow-ligh...d-grow-lights/ . I've been thinking of changing one of my setups and have been looking into led and this was one that may work for me but i do a much smaller grow than the one you have been looking at getting started. Probably looks like you may have to have a couple lights per tent depending on veg or flower and tent size (obviously) Im subbing hoping someone else has actually used them too.

      Hey Tersky,
thanks for that link it was a very good read, lots of info. Yeah I have been looking at the Spiders cause the performance and quality looks to be on par with HLG plus they are cheaper.
but how it’s a Asian company it kinda had me skeptical because a lot of times it’s a hit or miss situation when it comes to quality and performance but I think I will give the sf4000 a try and one of the mars hydro quantum boards.

yeah I will need a couple for a tent, 4 of the sf4000 should be able to fill my 10 x 10 tent easily

I was impressed with it's efficiency, but am kinda wondering about the heat. Living in southern US it gets hot and i already have a balancing act during the summer with my CMH and HPS. If you do decide to give it a go i'd be interested on your thoughts!

Yeah Tersky, yeah I was thinking about the heat as well because I live in a very hot humid climate.
but I’m hoping 4 16” oscillating fans and two exhaust fan deals with the heat in the tent.

I will let you know how it goes and send you some pictures of the set up
