HELP! Help ideas of what this is

So checking on my ladies today I noticed this white spot on a leaf and the tip is a little brown pic below any idea of what it is can’t find anything close to it in pictures it’s threw the leaf and it won’t wipe off

other picture is a northern lights seedling and it has abnormal growth first set of leaves are not normal round no jagged edges any idea of what’s happening

Honestly, not seeing anything to worry about at this point.

I agree; it just looks like a little tear in the leaf. I don't see problems, either.
