I have pollen on my leaves does that mean that I have a female plant

Negative. That plant is a male and it is around females it means you will have seeds.
if your going to remove it first Spritz it with water from a spray bottle real well.

I agree with Mr.furley. Just pull it up and trash it. You sure won't get high from it.
