Color temperature warm or cool for seedlings?

I have LED light fixture (12" round.) that has a remote. It's called a 100w by manufacturer. Actual draw from wall is 21 watts at brightest and 2.2 at lowest. I can also adjust light temp from cool to warm (bright white to yellowish) Last time I used it I had it on brightest setting and whitest setting. It worked fairly well except the leaves were a bit twisted and I almost thought they were stunted (they did not stretch for light but stayed short) but the plants ultimately turned out good. Question is yellowish (warm) or bright white (cool) color?

You want a high Kelvin rating. I just bought a seedling light from a local grow store and it is 6200K color temp.

In very simple theory: high K for veg and low K for flower
There are 3 things you must check everyday when growing in hydro:
    1) Water level (How much h2o is she drinking in 24hrs)
    2) pH level (change over 24hrs)
    3) ppm/EC level (How much food is she eating in 24hrs)
