HELP! The girls are pissed after transplant!

First time grower. I just transplanted two of my girls after their 4-5th set of leaves. I know I lost a good amount of roots on one of them (that already looked a little rough). But my other one that looked healthy, and managed to get most of its roots in transplant does not look good. Yellow, droopy, and curling leaves with small brown spots. Is this semi normal after a transplant? How long should it take for them to rebound?
    Current Grow:

No Greenlivin, that's not normal. Your plants may droop a little after transplant, but that should be it. From your description, I think you might have damaged the roots.

Don't give up on em. They're pretty resilient. Don't overwater or try to do too much. Good luck!
