Intake air too cold.

Got my air intake coming from window, as seen on gwe. How cold is too cold for air cooled light?

My system is open. That is all my ducting is inside my house. Sometimes I send air outside when the room is hot. I never bother ducting air from the outside rather i just keep my room around 65 degrees.
