    Outdoor plants harvest dilema

    Hi all,
I've gotten advice before about moving plants outdoors, but I think I have another issue because the buds appear to be maturing at different rates, even on the same plant?
I've checked with the site photos and to me it looks like lots of the buds are at different stages of development, possibly because they're outdoors under cover and may have been subjected to different degrees of light/wind etc..
This is my first attempt at growing so any advice would be appreciated. I know the tutorials advise newbies about not being too eager to harvest, but after four months it's not a case of being too eager but rather that they don't get left too late and end up as withered mush? If the buds were all at the same stage then fine, but the appear to be at very different timelines.
I've included a few pics to ask the experts.,
I know it's probably difficult to tell from the photos, .but even an educated guess from you guys would be great.
My guess would be that the first three pics could be ready for harvest, the next two need more time, and the last two are past usefulness.
But that's just a first timers guess
If you think that it will require me to harvest some buds every few days as I check them we that's okay so long as I know.
    Thanks

Well the weather has been pretty poor here this last while with little sunshine so maybe that's why they're struggling a bit with flowering?

I looked at the site pictures and can see that you're probably right about the bud rot, so I'd better remove anything that looks affected.
I don't know why they would get bud rot though?
There's plenty of air circulation, It's certainly not humid as they're outdoors in a cool climate, they're covered on top from excess rain, and the foliage isn't dense?
      Anyway, thanks for the advice.

I moved some under a shed to keep them from the rain and left them 3 or 4 days the lack of sunshine caused them to mold like crazy.. Lost half to bud rot. The sisters that stayed out didn't mold at all

I've spent half the day between removing the cover I'd put over them (because I thought there was going to be a light frost a few nights ago) and removing any buds with mould.
I probably lost about a quarter of the buds because when I examined them there was a lot more affected than I had noticed before.
