    42 - 21c drying?

    Humidity is 42%
    temp is 21c
    is this ok for drying and how many days would you say before putting into jars.

    Your temps are not bad off. 50percent humidity is what I go for,
    I dry mine in big brown grocery bags, and if I had your conditions, it would take mine about 5-6 days. Before putting in jars, and start burping.
    I was raised up hanging them, but that's when we grew alot of plants outdoors, and that works fine, but the bags make it lots easier ,at least for me .
    Main thing you don't want to do is over dry them.
