What does she need to getting bigger buds now. There is not that much time in the season to grow. She's outside.

buds dont really fatten up until the last few weeks of flowering. As long as it is getting the correct nutrients then they will fatten over time. It looks like you are doing outdoors so a lot won't apply (lights and CO2 for example) but it does have some useful info that may give you some ideas.
