    When to switch nutes?

Pistils are showing on the ladies. Should I switch to flowering nutes? At what point do people switch to flowering nutes?

    Cheers

There are 3 things you must check everyday when growing in hydro:
    1) Water level (How much h2o is she drinking in 24hrs)
    2) pH level (change over 24hrs)
    3) ppm/EC level (How much food is she eating in 24hrs)

Yes, i go by pistils as well. but start off gently, i found that this is where these girls get a little freaky..once you switch. check pH and start easy with the nute modification. hg

I’m at week 7 from seed with my Big Bang autos. I should clarify that the pistils are just 2cm long coming from the preflower node. Should I wait until the flowers are actually developing?

yeah i would wait until all tops are covered in pistils, you could do it progressively during this week or switch any day you want, its not actually a big deal the exact day you switch, its more about keep providing nitrogen during the stretch
