Spots on leaves

So I have 6 girls at the moment, they are barely a week old. I just transfered them into soil yesterday, got a bit of water with fertilizer (400PPM) and went into tent for 18 hours. Today I noticed they have brown/yellow spots on the leaf and they don't look as green as they should. Anybody has any idea what is the issue here? They are not close to the light, and to be honest i forgot the window open and the temp dropped to 15C.

600W HPS + digital ballast
25C 50% humidity

ummm...just a couple of things I noticed but 1. the soil looks pretty dense, you might want to get some perlite in there and, 2. should you be giving nutes so soon in soil? IMHO :smile:
