Hey guys! Just starting a new crop, got organic soil formulated specificlly for marijuana, which I am using with a complete set of dry organic nutrients from U-Cann. This time I'm growing half Crop King Early Miss, and half Death Star from Pacific Seed Bank. Most of the plants are going gangbusters, REALLY impressive at just 3 weeks. HOWEVER! I have two plants that are displaying this pale mottling; one of them has been a runt from the beginning and is currently about 1/3 the size of its sisters, the other is medium sized when compared to the others. I had been convinced t first this was light burn, as these two specific plants accidentally got exposed to full light at an early age. However, I'm now reconsidering that judgment because all the new, baby leaves coming out are displaying the same colors while the other plants are doing great with the same light exposure (Mars Hydro TSL 2000 at 36"). Anybody have any idea what's going on? Thanks!!

Whats up with my plants guys? I have never seen this problem before. And it is spreading to other tents as well. The pictures are of ...
Tobacco mosaic virus causes strange mottling symptoms in the leaves, slow growth and reduced yields. Learn how to identify and treat TMV for good!
I know very little about this, but to me some of the images do resemble each other. I'm just trying to help. Take a look and see what you think. ✌️

Thanks Brother - I, too, had found TMV online and realized that it looked identical to my problem. So depressing! I really don't want to kill them, but also don't want them spreading the virus to my other girls. Ugh! I have the worst luck sometimes. A virus so rate they don't even know if it exists!! F____ me...
Thanks so much for your input though!

Trev, for safety I would separate them from your other ladies first. Never hurts to get another opinion brother, I would highly suggest you look up MeestaFeesha and see what he has to say. He knows his stuff and there's always a chance that it could be something that looks like TMV and isn't. Give him a shout for the benefit of your hard work so far and for your ladies. Do everything you can to make sure before you pull the plug. And brother, just know you're not the only one with luck like that, I have it as well and many others. Never isolate yourself like that bro, you're a very special person in this world, even it out feels like it's raining terds daily sometimes. Look up MeestaFeesha, he's a good person. Stay positive brother, you're still alive...✌️Organic Grow, kind Soil, Foxfarm Ocean Forest, , Perlite.

That's very kind of you friend, thanks! 🙂. Brought a couple of the leaves and photos to a weed grow store near me with a lot of expert growers, they all seemed to think that while the mottling looked like TMV, there weren't any of the twisted leaves or grow patterns required for such a diagnoses. Moreover, I was at crunch time in deciding whether to pull those two, as I was overdue in scrogging them. I finally decided to keep them - bottom line is that the only negative I've ever read about with this virus is slowed or stunted growing rates, and since the plants are all autoflower, and all already at about their max size before flower, I figured it couldn't hurt TOO bad to keep them around... at least I HOPE! Lol. I'll post an update here in a couple weeks and let you know how it worked out. Thanks so much for your advice and kind words!

Trev, I'm really glad I was wrong and that you followed up with more expert opinions. I'm glad the ladies are about to finish up for you and I'm really glad all worked out well for you. Never hurts to get another opinion especially when dealing with things that really take time and that matter. And thank you for getting back with me, I'll look forward to seeing the finished flower. It's how we deal with our problems that defines us and makes life harder or smarter. ✌️Organic Grow, kind Soil, Foxfarm Ocean Forest, , Perlite.

Trevret This came up earlier today with someone else, and I've seen it on some of my plants--but only on 1 or 2 leaves, and then it disappears.
