Difference between germ and sprout time?

On average (if one can be had), what is the difference in time between a seed germinating and a seed sprouting above a base media (Coco Loco in my case)? I planted directly in my final destination 3-gallon pots. I’d like to be able to reasonably guess when the seeds germinated, but I will really only be able to tell when they’ve broken soil. I’m guessing it’s somewhere between immediately and 1 day, but I actually have no idea!

So many variables, I have had seeds sprout in 24 hours, others 7-10 days, and a few did not sprout until the next year (outside).
I just dropped 5 auto seed in soil outside all were up in 2 days, now if they will finish before frosts,,, (about 70 days to finish)

I’m more asking about the time it takes for a germinated seed to sprout above soil. Like I got my first sprout today, and I’m curious when in germinated.
