    Seedlings look weak and droopy.

Advised wanted, my seedlings look week and droopy. They are under a migro 100 light wich hangs at 35 cm with the output at 20%. The daytime temperature is usually around 27, but the last days IT was around 30 due to the weather outside. The plants are in red cups with plagron light mix. The first few days i watered with a sprayer. This week when the cup was very light i watered with water and 1 ml of molasses and added bacteria. The plants look very unhealthy. Ow i keep the humidity around 65% . The seedlings are around 12 days old.

What wrong with the plants and how to fix it? IT looks like overwatering but , i really did not use that much water.

Over watered. Don't give seedlings anything but PHd water. No molasses no nutes no nothing until they are about 4 weeks old. When the seedlings are that little, I give them tablespoons of water. I'm sure you done this already, but if you havn't , cut some holes in the bottom of your Dixie cups for drainage. Other then that. Your seedlings don't look too bad.

overwatering is not exactly too much water, it happens when the plant cannot access oxygen tru the roots, how is the bottom of the cups, you made holes or slices? if you could transplant to a more aerated container im sure they will perk up

I would agree 100%...the soil looks like it could use more perlite, too, to increase the amount of oxygen available to the plants good luck!

All the cups have holes in the bottom. Gues i Will moniter Them for now. Maybe transplant them later. Thanks for the advise.

Another question in this early stage of growing do you already run the exhaust fan, meaning Is IT already necessary tot keep the CO2 levels at an optimum.

plants that small use very little CO2, as long as fresh air can come in and out youll be fine

Looked even worse today, maybe i compacted the soil too much. So i replanted Them with the roots near the bottem and loosend the soil. This is the third time in a row this has happened. Its driving me crazy. I cant seem too get past this stage.

        Jinx,

Take a deep breath and realize what you're going through thru.. Lol... Is called the learning curve. We all feel the same when problems come our way, just try to remember you're learning right now and never forget that how we act when we get upset defines us as men and women. A very easy way to start off right is to remember you're dealing with babies. Take your time, be patient and know that the way we overcome problems is with patients and information. Your babies are telling you what's wrong, you just need to be calm and learn their language so you can understand how to help them. These men and women around here are some of the kindest most caring people I've met in my life and I'm getting to the age of dirt. Einstein said the definition of insanity is to do the same thing and expect different results. Something you're doing is causing this so relax and take a closer look at what you're doing. Pots, medium, pH, area, soil temp, humidity.
