What is wrong with my plant.I can't figure it out

it could be a lot of thing starting with ph but the plant seems to need more nitrogen and calcium, i would give her some calmag

and it maybe all the grass weeds and plants around stealing the food

Is it getting hit with spray of some sort? Something is in the soil attacking roots?

When there are problems that can't be fixed from above check the soil. Looks like root aphids. They are very tiny so look close. Good luck.
