Great question; I’m curious as well!
For mine, between my first and (upcoming) second grow, I cleaned the inside of the tent by wiping it down with paper towels and all-purpose spray cleaner. I wiped my LEC bulb down with a microfiber towel. I emptied my smart pots and then hung them to fully dry. I suppose I could spray them out, but they really don’t have much in them. I don’t suppose a little bit of old soil will do any harm? No infestations or problems with my first grow, and I’m using different pots for my second, so I figure all is well. I clean filters on my dehumidifier and portable A/C. I update firmware on my smart outlets. Other little resets and tidying like that. I want to feel like I’m starting my new grew fresh and organized.

just keep clean every week, vacuum or sweep or swipe or mop or whatever with just water, if you encounter pests then use chlorine (bleach) diluted in water and soak the fabric pots a few hours to kill all larvae and leave to dry in the sun. that same chlorine water can be used to mop and sterilize the floor in your grow room

Vinegar, isotopic alcohol, and bleach. I clean things constantly then tear it down once a year for a deep scrub.

Howdy organic3, I grow in DWC and clean the reservoirs by first (after removing all of the root bits and deposits) clean out the inside with soap (Dawn) and water. I then let the reservoir soak overnight filled with a 50/50 mixture of water and distilled vinegar, rinse and then another soak overnight with a 50/50 mixture of water and bleach. Finally, I rinse with plain water until all of the bleach odor is gone, or a final soak overnight with the plain water. I take apart the water pumps and clean them with water and bleach as well. The air stones and Hydrotron pebbles get tossed out, if it can not be bleached or boiled, it gets tossed.

I use the 13% - 15% used for wound care and no dilution is required. It will clean out most of the microbes and does not require any special handling. I also use this strength to treat root rot, just pour a quart directly into the reservoir (six gallon reservoir), more if needed, but usually one quart does it.
