Stumpy plant, hollow stems

I've got 3 plants going, 1 is Skywalker OG .
it's been a weird plant from the get go, the first set of leaves grew to be the biggest leaves I've ever seen.
the plant itself is 1/3 the size of the others and all the stems are hollow...
is this just a bad pheno or something I've done wrong?

Hollow stems mean nothing at all, a lot of plants do that.
You have a runt, the seed may be a bit older or something like that but it may end up being the best of the bunch.
Give the little girl a chance.
