Super soil mix,Is this worth it?

Hi as a small indoor tent grower with usually no more than 4 plants on the go at once super soil never really seemed viable to me. Today however I noticed an advert on my local Gumtree about a super soil
mix available to blend with your own soil. Now I've posted the advert below if anyone who's used super soil before or regularly could have a look at it and see what they're opinions are. Many thanks for any help.

Hi Oporto and Merry Christmas. I have never made or used Super Soil. I don't have time (or I'm just too lazy), but I'd like to comment on fertilizers in general. Fertilizer is generally sold by NPK (Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium) values in the mix, as a percentage of the whole. So a 7-4-3 fertilizer is 7% Nitrogen, 4% Phosphorus, 3% Potassium. 4-7-6 would be 4% N, 7% P, 6% K. The rest is mostly filler. For vegging cannabis you'd want a higher percentage of N, lower percentages of P and K. In bloom, less N and more P and K. Manufacturers add all kinds of other stuff they'll tell you is necessary, but NPK is the most important. As for your particular fertilizer, it seems to have everything you'd need to grow healthy plants, but the maker doesn't list percentages of NPK or any other ingredients. If you use it, follow instructions exactly... Regarding what seems to be this fertilizer's claim to fame...the crab and lobster shell, which he makes a big deal of...those will give you some long term calcium release. I think when he talks about chitin and killing bugs, etc., he's just saying that the sharp edges of the shell irritate bugs. Generally when trying to keep those sorts of pest at bay one would use diatomaceous earth sprinkled on the plant and/or the soil. So, Oporto, I don't think I'd use this. I would either make a mix using the real Super Soil recipe or I would use a good potting soil/perlite mixture (70/30) and fertilize sparingly with your favorite brand of fertilizers. I grow outdoors, dirt in 10 gallon pots. Seedlings, after they get 2 or 3 leaf sets, I give a small amount of 2-4-2. Veg I use 7-2-2 or 7-4-2 or in that range. Flower I use 2-7-2 or 4-10-7 or similar organic nutes. I don't usually use any supplements. Everyone else I know that grows adds stuff like guano,, mushroom compost and other stuff I can't pronounce or spell. They all have superior yields and giant fat colas that I don't get, but my weed doesn't ever taste like chemicals. One last thing. My wife insists on organic smoke, most of you out there probably use inorganic fertilizers. Inorganic ferts are chemically derived in labs. Organic ferts are derived from natural sources...manure, blood, bone, etc. Hope you found this useful. Have a happy and safe New Year.

What do you want out of your grow? I seek the therapy of gardening and big fat colas, or big chunky buds. With that in mind I use chemical fertilizers and bag soil. I'm more into the tech part than any particular philosophy.

Well made super soil is worth the effort (I use living soil almost the same thing), The flavor, Oder both growing and smoking is much better, and the lesser cannabinoids are more pronounced.
