Storing seeds I don't have planted yet? , Can I use a film case and put it in the fridge with some rice inside to help keep moisture out? Thanks everyone for all the help and kindness. It's just important for a lot of reasons, mainly because plants are alive, so I just consider how I want to be treated.

Going to go with this setup, it's going to be nice to grow into and will fit perfectly into a room in the basement. I have as everyone says, water, vents, heat of needed, dehumidifier. So.....I was going to go with a small one but it's better if I get something I can grow into instead of out of really fast.
