Are you growing Autos or Photos? Autos start to flower at 3-5 weeks old and finish in 56 days to 120+ days, Photos flower when the days grow short enuf, or lights are reduced to 12/12s some will finish in as little as 5 weeks (from start of flower) others take 12 weeks.
