So can I assume that in the 7th week from bagseed they are auto flowers? My light cycle has been a solid 18/6

No! An autoflowering plant would have started to flower long before now. As soon as you switch to 12/12, she will start throwing out pistils.

It's looking promising but still to early. Photoperiod plants will show preflower around week eight of vegetation without light change just will need the shorter cycle to flower.
