    Week 1 seedlings

Varies strains of auto flower. Soil is Fox Farm Ocean Forest, fed water with light amount of nutrients (very light to the stronger looking plants). Light schedule is 16hours on and 8 hours off. Light set up is two 450w LED lights. Some of them look strong and love it, some are slumped over and look overwater/underwatered but I have been careful when feeding them. Lights are about 14in away and temperatures are high 70s to mid 80s. Humidity is fairly low. Any advice going forward would be appreciated thank you!

You may wish to avoid feeding them this early. Your combination of soil mix can easily support them for 2-3 weeks with just plain water at proper pH. I’m not sure I can see this but it may look to me that some of the leaves may look light with dark veins. Maybe your light is a touch too close. For this stage I use 6500k cfl’s hanging about 2-4 I inches from the tops and change over 2-3 days after transplant ... my 2 cents.... that could really be all it’s really worth so check it out first

my lights are already 14in away from the top, you think raising it a couple inches would help? Im just a little unsure why some of them are slumping over and others are not. They all get the same water fed to them.

Autoflowers will benefit from a longer light schedule.
20/4 or even 24/0 are pretty standard.

even at such a young age? it seemed like they weren't able to take 16 hours, they'd look kinda tired by the end of the day.

Yes. I'd put the lights you have at 30" and leave it on 24/0. Your plants are too young for the intensity of the close proximity but would benefit from a longer light cycle. Slowly lower your lights as the plants develop.

Your par450 light have a Avg. Power Draw of 210watt MAX so you are running a total of 420 (haha) actual watt, this is important to know

    Right from the manufacturer specs:

    Seedling/germination--36"-40"

    Vegetative stage----28"-36"

    Flowering stage---20"-28" -

do I adjust the light spectrum at all? it has 3 different adjusters I figured to run them all on full blast for auto flower

You want the blue(blue) Spectrum for the first 4 weeks to keep the plants short, promoting vegetative growth. Then after seeing pistils start showing move to both, red and blue(veg & flower) red promotes stretching

When you have some reading time, check out the INVERSE SQUARE LAW for light/sunlight. Also as Mr Furley says. Your lights are really radiating some intensity on those little ones being so close.

i would also stop feeding and use water only til they are 14-18days at least
