    2nd year grower

Last year I grew only outdoors and it was a nightmare tending to 15 plants all at least 15ft tall by myself , this year I decided to grow indoors and only half the plants I am growing 3 fem autoflowering and 2 femilized and 3 unknown, my question is can I take out my plants of my grow room on hot and sunny days or just leave them in the grow room

You can do it, but only if the plants are accustomed to intense light.

Sunlight runs 80,000-100,000 lux. You can begin in the shade and work up.

If your plants aren't ready, the leaves will be permanently damaged. Use a light meter for comparing inside vs outside light levels.
