iam a newbee

growing for the first time
please can a pro explain this to me ?
all my growing plants have 3 leaves
but 1 plant has 5 leaves.
can a pro feed me on this and why is this ?

I'm no expert but that's normal. When they sprout you get 1 leaf then 3 then 5 then 7 sometimes 9.
