My lights are oriented left to right, yet the plants on the right have a good 1-2" of height on the left. Genetics? More aggressive lst? The Northern Cheese Haze joins the Chemdogging under the back LED and the shorter Chemdogging joins the Dinamex out front.

I noticed some lightening up of the leaves on the Dinamex. Advanced Nutrients told me to increase nute strength. I have been erring on the low end of nute strength ( around 66-70% recommended) but now they can probably take full strength? AN said go up to 90% recommended. If there's no nute burn after 5 days, go up to full strength (4mls/litre). Hopefully it does the trick!

Ive been upping nutes toward the manufacturer recommended bloom strength (4mls per litre). I was at 2.7mls , now up to around 3.8 in the new batch i made (slowly increasing over the past few days). Hopefully that will prevent any further issues.

The deficiency doesn't seem to have worsened. Even the back 2, which were getting a lighter green, seemed to have gotten a darker green since upping nutes. Ill try the full 4mls/litre next fertigation and watch em.

Dinafem says the Dinamex runs 75days

Mephisto says the Northern Cheese Haze runs 65-75 days and the Chemdogging 70-75days "from sprout'.

Can I expect that harvest time will be close to that. Ill still judge by the trichomes, just wondering if anyone running either breeder can attest to their grow life estimates.

Those numbers from the seed producers are from a normal grow - no topping or training. So your training probably means you should add on more days for doing that - say a week or more. Past experience has shown me that.

Well I went to defoliate one of the Chemdogging and clearly something is up. Despite being on stronger nutes (or is there a delay in symptoms?) It looks like a calmag issue? How much can you add , considering Im on full strength nutes? Would i decrease them slightly while adding calmag?

I raised the lights to about 24". Ill see if it helps. Ive also noticed the humidity drops into the low 40s overnight ( high 40s during the day). Might that contribute to light burn mid-flower?

Would like to mention that it is also natural for a plant to change colors and die off at the end or ripening stage, you are at day 56ish and the breeder states
Mephisto - Chemdogging is only 70to 75 days
Mephisto - Northern Cheese Haze 65 to 70 days.

So you are rounding to corner and can start cutting back on nutes in anticipation for a flush.

Yeah i dialed the light back and will do the samr with the nutes.
When do those time estimates begin, from when tap root emerges? If so, I'd be another 3-4 days in.

Remember that they are just " guidelines" but the North Cheese Haze was stated by the breeder that is sprout to harvest. To be safe I always go to the longer date. Tricromes tell the real story.

As a firsts time grower, I'm absolutely amazed by just how MUCH more massive your plants got than my autos in a similar time frame.

These are my autos day 23 - They are tiny compared to yours!

Next time add 40% perlite to your Coco (60/40), it looks like you could water more.calmag?

They seem to be holding. I turned my light down from 484w of draw to 454w. The leaves on the Chemdogging and the Northern Cheese seem to have relaxed some.

Wonder if its worth going down another 30-40w?

On this side of the computer screen, I don't see a problem at this stage of life and decreasing watts is know for decreasing Yield..
I'd say let them go.

Well i flushed the Dinamex and the runoff is still acidic. Should i flush again? I bought an EC meter finally, so that should give me a better idea of whats up ( when it arrives). Itll help me on the next grow avoid the issues Ive had. Also got the microscope ordered as well as poultry bags , which Im going to use instead of jars.

I got the idea from my nute manufacturer's website. I dont have enough for turkey bags , so the smaller size (for chickens) will be good I'm thinking.
