    Hydro or aero?

I'm a new grower. I only know soil and new to canabis growing at that. I want to go soiled. Been thinking of going with DWC or aeroponics. Not sure yet kinda leaning away from aero just cause the nozzles would be a pain to keep from getting clogged. Loaded question I know but witch is better lol. Learning from those before me will save a ton of problems. Thanks

I steered away from areo as well for that same reason. I love the simplicity of my rdwc set up. The only maintenance that I've had to do on my last 2 grows was occasionally having to make sure the roots weren't growing into my return lines. It was cheap to build and I can see it lasting for years by doing an occasional airstone change. I recommend the dwc for sure!

After more reserch of this site I think I will just do DWC with a top feed as well. Seems simple and yet highly effective . Cant wait for plants to get done so I can start a DWC

Is this a better tactic than using a top-feed DWC system?

I am going to say yes but I have never had good luck with top feed systems. I am about to start a new plant as I just cut 1 down i keep 4 on rotation. So I will detail what I do.
