Is this a preflower? It was just watered so it looks droopy. Recovering from over feeding and over watering (too much love)

yes - let it dry out before you water next. Then your plant will show you just as much love back.

I let it get dry this time soil was pulling away from pot and very light when I picked it up. Should I have waited even longer
