I would believe that the fungus has caused you to have root problems, did you remove the top or just wash it into the soil?.
      Dehumidifier water? What's that about.
Do you have drainage holes? Do you water to a little runoff?
How often do you water? And how much?
You should cover or paint your buckets black so your roots don't get light. Moisture+light+warmth=root/mold/fungus
Do you notice a sulfur smell when you water?

Removed top 1" of soil in the pot that had the fungus. It was about the size of a nickel
Water collected from the house dehumidifier has 6.2 ph or less
    Yes, they have drain holes.
Water to a little runoff sometimes but not always.
Add water when meter is in the dry zone & pots are light.
1/2 gal to 1 gal per pot
I'll cover the buckets. Thanks for the tip.
    No, on the sulfur smell.

How old are your plants and the soil they are in?

I used a moisture meter for a while, the 8 week autos took 120 days. I put it down and started feeling the soil surface. The next plants are right on schedule. ,, by the "meter" I was watering every 8-12 days, feeling the soil 2-5 days,, good luck!

Yeah those things are junk for indoor cannabis

They are 49 days. Fresh FFOF w Coco Coir & Pearlite added. No additional nutrients. Yesterday I switched back to well water which hasn't given me issues previously. Will watch closely for improvement or continued decline.
