    Growing for the fist time

I am using fox farm nutrients how would i feed auto flowering plants cuz the schedule they give you are for regular plants please help thanks

You have to decide...do you want to go partial strength or full...totally up to you...if you go full then pay close attention to them. If you see slight burn then back off nutes.
    what is your medium?

Over time you will learn the ins and outs...keep thought of your mistakes and adjust accordingly...

Many smart people here...you will have help the whole way through....

I think he's trying to explain that there is no set feeding schedule. Each grow is unique in its own way based on you, the grower, the environment, the strain, the lights, etc.

Typically you want to go quarter to half strength of the manufacturers recommendation and increase as necessary.

First what is the expected harvest time frame for your auto.....most are around 8 weeks give or take a week. I would use the veg nut for about 3 weeks, then switch to bloom nutes. or just watch for very earliest sign of pistils then switch.

I think strength of nutes should depend on what type of soil. If using a high quality soil with lots of built in stuff, I'd go easy on the additional feeding.

I always fill my hydroponic reservoir with tap water, but my water is very soft where I live (not much mineral/salt content). I read someone recommend checking your tap water pH and tds (total disolved solids) to see how much "doctoring" it might need before you water your girls with it. Water's going to be different everywhere...

Yes, like alltatup said, test the pH of your tap water. 6.5 give or take a tenth or two is ideal for soil grows. If you are using water treated with chlorine, I wouldn't use it for plants unless you have a filtration system. We bought spring water, then alternated with RO water by refilling bottles at the machine by grocery store.

I used chlorinated tap water, didn't let it sit out or anything. Straight out of the tap, into a bucket, add nutes, adjust pH then water. Might not have been ideal but didn't have any devastating effects either.

ive never used led....it comes with 3 year warranty thats a plus!
if I were to ever go led I would try to get one with less blue spectrum and more red.....only if I were using it as a one light through whole grow situation...

                that's just me though...

                whats your budget...
