What the hell is this spot

I reported this from a cup to a foxfarm mix last Sunday and this spot showed up it seems like over night. The little cracks on it is from me looking at it because it looks like something dripped on it but its on the leaf

If you zoom in, the leaf appears to be burnt. The pores are open to release heat/absorb moisture and the lower left side is bleeding. Also the leaf to the left is turned away from the light. How close were the lights before you transplanted and watered? This appears to have been in the making a couple days. if the entire leaf is not damaged Cut the damage out just below on an angle and the edge will heal and the leaf will continue to provide. JMO

What kind of plant is that, where did you get your seeds. Kinda early to tell, but that looks kinda like a male plant,to me, unless you had your lights up high.
Looks like maybe a spill got on it
You might want to check underneath the leaves for insects sign.
    Good Luck

Lights were up high. I'm using a 150 watt for now. First time growing indoors. Seeds, no idea a friend just gave me "old" seeds to practice on. I have blue dream, white widow, blue ice, and sour diesal seeds im just holding off until I get this down. I usually grow outdoors. As for the spot, its on the back side of the leaf too. Don't see any bugs.
