    Flowering stalled?

I’ve had some problems with one of my plants but it did get to the flowering stage. It seems, though, that in the last 3 to 4 weeks it has stopped developing. Is it possible that it will never reach full maturity?

Here is a picture of the top cola:

Can't see your picture, sounds like lockout, possibly to me though.
The last 2-3 weeks is when they really swell up.That is if your ph is right, and they can take in nutrients.
GoodLuck, I hope you get it figured out.

I fixed the link. It’s Blue Cheese auto. I think I had a sulfur deficiency and I thought I’d addressed it. I dunno. This one is just not happy.

If you have shined a light on your plant as in the photo in the sleep stage on more than one occasion and confused the plant into seed growth you will see a stop in tricone production and bud growth, it channels energy to save its future, seeds. Or it's at the end of the grow. I suffered from a family member peeking in sleep stage and lost 3 to seeds. Would check a small bud, at this stage it wound not make a difference. 4 weeks in stalemate ?
