Training while in second week of flowering?

I'm new to this and I have five pure power plant photos in their second week of flowering in my 12:12 room. I've done the LST on all of them while they were in veg and they had a fairly flat canopy. Now they're looking like they're starting to get taller in the center and I'm not sure if I can try to bend them over or what. I've done some defoliation on the lower third about 5 days ago, but I don't know what is too much and what is not enough. These girls are very very leafy. For example if I pull one of the taller Center stems over oh, it's going to cover or shade a number of shorter colas. And I don't know if it's too late to do this because they are all starting to grow a little bud sites. Also should I be taking out any of the smaller branches and just leaving the thickest branches? I know there's tutorials on this and I've looked through them but at this moment I don't have time to try to find them and I haven't read too much or found too much I'm doing this training while in the flowering stage. Any advice would be appreciated.

I've tried to post some pictures of them to show how thick they are enlarged. But it doesn't seem to want to do it. I'm afraid to stress them out my taking out more leaves and smaller lower branches.

Go to tutorials on gwe home page and read Nebula’s Flowering Stage Defoliation Tutorial. I know it's kind of scary, but the results are like Wow! With less foliage you can then supercrop if you have to.

I'm dealing with the same thing. Just switched to flower 4 days ago and now I think I'm gonna run out of room if they double in size. I read about defoliating but can't find anything on super cropping in the first few days of flower. My plants aren't very bushy so defoliating may not help as much as some minor super cropping .... if I can do that? Help me out!

mine are so bushy I don't know where to start. I'm overwhelmed when I look at them. I won't have a chance until Saturday to go at them again. This time instead of taking small suckers and lower branches I will try to start taking larger fan leaves throughout them. There's six of them, and space is becoming an issue not in height but in width. I had to put them on the floor because they were getting too close to the lights. Now they're taking up all the floor space. I'm pleased with how healthy they are but I need to get them under control!.

I have a small growing space 18 inches x 27 inches . I've grown some that totally filled it. Height under lights is about 48 inches from top of bucket to touching the light. I've had the lights for 5 years and they are low watts compared to what is available now. I've bent them over and have broke the stems sometimes. I defoliate the crap out of them. The plants still finished out nice. My lights are 135 watt Blackstars by Lighthouse hydro. I've keep them within about 5 inches off the tops when I can but sometimes the plants get to tall. Defoliate early and often is my motto. I've never had one burned by the lights but they are 3 watt diodes, new more powerful lights are probably different . I would like to hear how you come out whether they burn your plants or not. Good luck and good growing !! ( more than 2 dozen harvests all good smoke)

My lights are viparspectra 450w LED. They're in a room that is about 10 ft by 12 ft. I have 7 viparspectra is hanging on a rack from the ceiling with pulleys to raise and lower them. The plants are now on the floor because they did indeed double in height, whereas before they were on a board on milk crates. I have a house of hydro fogger keeping the humidity really nice. It's a great room.

I think tomorrow I will lollypop and then try bending the taller branches down some. Blu Dream and Whit Widow are both lanky but healthy. Not sure if these strains normally grow like this or if my inexperience just made them this way.

You guys give me incentive to not be so overwhelmed. Saturday I'll get busy too.
