COCO COIR The never ending sixth week

Hi there. It's my first post so I guess I'd better give you guys some background.

I'm growing indoors. I have 2 grow tents in an attic space, my flowering tent measures 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.9 M and has 2 x 315W CMH lights. My (much smaller) veg tent has a T5 panel.

My grow medium is a coco coir and clay pellet mixture using an XL Autopot system (25L).

I'm using Shogun nutrients in the reccommended ratios, while aiming for an EC reading as shown in the attached picture. My PH ranges from 5.8 - 6.3.

I'm a novice grower, currently into my second grow. I made mistakes with my first. The main being that I harvested a week early because I went with calendar time and not plant condition, especially as on closer reading of some of Nebula's tutorials flowering times should be counted from the first appearance of pre-pustule growth and not from the flip to 12/12.

I'm growing LSD from a feminised photoperiod seed (Barneys). And the timeline for this plant is as follows.
    Seedling 2 weeks. Manifolded.
    vegged 3 weeks. Topped.
1 more recovery week then flipped to 12/12.

Shes now at the start of her 10th week in flower and has only just started showing darker pistules. I've kept her on the nutrient schedule for week 6 of the flower cycle and I'm just wondering if this is the right thing to do? I don't want to force her into finishing because she obviously isn't ready yet.

but should I be reducing my nutrient strength now? Increasing it? Keeping on as if it's still week 6 until at least 50% of the pustules darken?

is this the longest 6th week ever?

I see now what has happened, your plant from the last picture looks to have re-vegged. It got a bulb of buds, a stem growing up with single leaves and then a single bud on top.you are probably going to have to add some time to your grow and need to check your timer also check for light leaks to make sure that you are on 12/12.

        Aaahhhh!

That makes total sense. I added an extra 315w CMH at 3 weeks but ran it off the same timer.

It it took me a week to realise that too much load on the timer caused it to drift. It must’ve been that plus a defoliation that caused it to reveg.

How should I proceed from here? Keep to the same nutrient schedule or back it off a little for a week or so?

Keep feeding it - you forced her to flower after only six weeks in veg. And Mr.furley is right - those non-serrated leaves means she's re-vegged herself.

Thanks for your input guys, it’s really appreciated. I’ve noticed that one of my flowering lights turns off / comes on around 10 mins out of sync. I’ll correct that and keep up with my current nutrient schedule

Another 4 weeks of flower! Will the revegging cause any problems with yield? Or is the only issue one of time?

You can't go back, only forward.
Or it will be what it is.

12 hours and 10 minutes will not cause them to re-veg,
it is a bigger problem then one light coming on 10 minutes early,
                >>>like Furley said, check for light leaks,
                >>>re-check your timers, one button half way depressed can make a light come on for 30 minutes during lights off and can cause re-veg.

from what u r posting it sounds like light leaks,
during lights off turn on ANY room lights that may be on during the tent's lights off time,
get in your tent, zip it up, turn off any grow lights, wait 2 minutes then look for light leaks.!

What about temperature?? It is possible that heat stress could cause a very severe foxtailing like that, just a thought

Groove's plants kinda do look like fox tailing, but the leaves r funky shaped and the stem is stretching (giving the fox tail look),
fox tailing effects the calyx, they start stacking on new pistols/calyx usually in clumps and usually late in flower.!

              Hi again.

I’ve checked for light leaks and thankfully found none. My timers are set correctly and maintain a 12/12 cycle.

The main mistake take was trying to push a plant to be ready when I wanted, rather than when the plant was ready. Lesson learned.

Ive included some pictures of trichomes from different buds as I’ve now got a macro lens. From what I’ve read on here I should be aiming for mostly cloudy trichomes with some amber ones mixed in?

Your third pictures is the best look. I can see a nice mix of cloudy and clean with a touch of Amber at the base of the pistils. If you aren't flushing, it's time to think about it.
                How's the whole plant looking?
