Those buds look pretty good to me for a "Cheese" strain.....Which usually have a strong "Skunk" heritage. Often times they seem to exhibit more sativa characteristics than indica. It s not unusual for sativa's to have less dense buds than indica's.....you're getting pretty close to what appears will be a nice harvest so its hard to tell how much defoliation will help at this point but it probably won't hurt either. Maybe take the large leaves and leave the sugar leaves. If you try to trim the small sugar leaves it will be very hard to avoid rubbing/knocking trichomes from your flowers so I'd wait until I cut them down_ better not to disturb the colas much at this point.. Then I'd trim them a bit before I'd hang them to dry and then trim again when they are ready to go into the jars. The colas look nice and fat so I think you'll end up with more dense buds than you might think. Maybe try lowering your room temperature if its over 75 F....keep it down in the 65-75 degree range and maybe cut the "daylight" hours back to 16 or even 12. It won't hurt your auto's to do this and it may help them. Might even try leaving them in the dark for the last 48 hrs before harvest. Hope you can get those nasty bugs under control!

Little update on the grow. I’m pretty sure it’s close to harvest, I don’t see any amber trichoms yet. Guessing a week left.
So this is 3 plants, but all the 3 looks a bit different. They are all in a big massive container (bad choice even if you’re working with the same genetics, I had to try it once.)
I stopped giving nutrients, I mean my 3 part GH cause I bought the Ripen and it’s says that’s complete on its own.
I’ll change the light schedule because they don’t really want to end their life cycle they are on 24/0.
ooo what else.
O I have my other ladies getting ready to swim in the spectrum of my MH/HPS’s spectrum.
There is roughly a week between them. Oldest one is a bluberry auto little older than 3 weeks. (this was my first strain to grow, I give it another go with better knowledge) and the other 2 are both amnesia auto.
I should have something else on the same stage as the bluberry in the dwc bucket but there was an accident with the roots so I had to start again. Now I shouldn’t keep both of them in the same bucket as there is around 2-3 weeks difference between them and I’m curious how the amnesia will handle the nutrients I gave to the bluberry ))) we will seeeee ))
happy growing guys.

Words are almost useless here - the eyes say it all. Great job Budler !!! To all those photoperiod growers that say autoflowers don't have a decent yield should take a good look here - yes it is 3 plants together but I must say you got lucky and didn't have one plant out-spacing or overtaking the other 2.3 X 3 gorilla. HA! those colas are putting on weight_ looking very nice.... must smell really nice around there too! You did a nice job of keeping the colas on those three plants nice and even and tight but not too tight.
Can't wait to hear your take on how awesome that cheese is once its had a little time to cure. I always try to grow some version of a cheese strain whenever I can_mmm mmm good! I don't know if its just luck or the strain but once cured it smokes so nice and smooth...Current grow_ coco based medium, Fluence LED lights, AIT, 5 gallon planters,

Looks like a decent haul! I think that in the past some of the strains I've grown may have improved in effect after a good cure of about 4-6 weeks, but thats pretty hard to tell. Some colas on the same plant can have more or less trichomes than others and that can effect potency to some degree. Some colas on the same plant can be at slightly different stages of maturity than others. Different plants of the same strain grown at the same time can have different cannabinoid profiles too. I had some Midnight Mass analyzed last Spring and one plant was a 23%thc/3%cbd and the other was 18%thc/4%cbd. Hope it works out for you!Current grow_ coco based medium, Fluence LED lights, AIT, 5 gallon planters,
