    Starting clones in DWC

Been looking around for a newbie guide on how to start clones in a DWC system but haven't really figured out how to start.

I'd like to have a clone "station" ready for my first grow, however I am a bit perplexed on how to get started.
My idea is to get about 4 to 8 2" net pots with clone collars and put em in a bucket. That's about as far as I've come in my planning at the moment.
Do you simple just cut a branch and put it in the net pot? Sounds too simple.

    Help appreciated!

Also if someone is ok with me PMing for further "easy" questions tell me. I don't want to spam the forum with questions.

    Thanks in advance!

You can build a cloner with a rubbermaid, 1 air pump, line and stones, baskets and cloning collars. I dip my clones in rooting gel and place in cloner.

Here's a trend with the one I made.

My last set of clones i put them in rapid rooter and then into a humidity dome. After roots came out it went into DWC.

Would a humidity dome be better than something similar to Mr.furley 's setup? Perhaps I should invest in a heating mat too? Probably useful for hatching the seeds.

Both methods work. I guess it's whatever you like best. I live in a desert so a dome helps a lot.

I put my cloner in a Dome, on a heating mat. I have cold Temps and low humidity. But yes both work, I have cloned in a cup of water.
