alltatup Yes. Unless you buy ejuice ready to add bho or a diy“kit”. If I remember correctly ATU has a better way than mine. No VG, PG or PEG

Yes, it's hard to make. It requires a lot of filtering to make a substance pure enough for dabbing, smoking or vaping. If any chlorophyll or plant matter is left, it won't be good; it will be good for edibles and capsules, but not for smoke/vape.

I have the Source extractor, but I learned on my first tries that I had to get a buchner filter in order to end up with a pure extract. Here's the article I use as my guide:
