Well, idk about your light. That's all new to me. 30000k led? Blue cfl? But if thats what you've been using so far, it seems to be working alright. But def not enough. You need more wattage if im not mistaken. And your front left plant and middle back plant are about due for a transplant. And did you top the front left plant?

Yea its 30000k led but i think it has too much UV.should i add some red spectrum too?

I will go with the 30000k being a typo, 3000 kelvin would fit, but the 27 watt, is that what it really uses, or an equivalent?.
I have no idea on your CFL, never seen one in blue,,,

I personally don't trust the small LED bulbs but your plants are growing nice for their age and would recommend staying in the blue Spectrum if you can.
I would recommend transplanting them to a bigger pot and look into getting more lights soon.

At the end of the grow you will have some cannabis with 200 ture Watts for 1 to 2 plants, the more plants the more watts you need, A good rule of thumb is 50 watts per square foot and 2 to 3 sq feet per plant.
what I found about growing with CFLs is that you need 10 to 15 23w bulbs = 230w to 345w when you can just use one 400 watt light and grow some great cannabis.

    Blue cfl
"daylight” (6500k) CFLs for the cannabis vegetative
    Red cfl
“soft white” (2700k) CFLs for the flowering stage

Looks like your plants have a good start. Give them a good finish. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Apollo-Hort...r=485167811439
