Opinions on growlight

What do you think on this light?

Well... I'm no LED expert, so maybe someone else can assist me on this.
But the specification of that lamps says: 3 lights @ 3500K and 3 lights @ 6500K.
I'm not sure what spectrum are the best for LEDs, but for a quality 1000W armature 240€ is cheap.
My German is far from fluent, but I believe this to be a good deal.

Anyone else have any ideas?
