I am pretty sure I over did it with the water/ hydrogen peroxide mix to combat mold I had. I misted the whole plant with a 75% water 25% peroxide mix and two days later all the leafs are brown. I am 2 weeks away from harvest. Should I pull the plant now or just see if it recovers?

you should have done a budwash after harvesting and then rinsing with pure water before drying, spraying chemicals on a live plant can be very harmful, specially on flowering stage

Yeah, never spray flowers with anything. You can spray the leaves with h2o2. But sounds like it may have been mixed it too strong. If it’s the 35% grade you don’t need much in the water. 2 - 3 teaspoons per gallon.
