Week 7 Northern Lights Auto Question

Can someone tell me what they think these brown spots are. Only thing I can think of is calcium deficiency to many nutes. I am growing an auto flower in Oceans Forrest. I am into week 7 and week 2 or 3 of flower. I been feeding the Fox Farm trio and didn’t start until the end of week 4 once I saw pistols. I also added CALMAG at beginning of week 6. Now I have brown spots popping up in the older/larger leaves halfway up the plant. The spots seem to be more along the veins of the leaves. I did notice very light-yellow tips on some leaves which would indicate nute burn. At this point I don’t know if I need to add more CALMAG or do just PH water in case I fed to much. This is my first grow. She is a little tall and skinny because temps were low to mid 80s a times during veg and light may have been a little far. You live you learn.
