    Auto-flowerings and light cycle

Hi evrybody, i'm a new grower and started 2 autos purple kush. They are healthy and doing great! They're on a 18/6 cycle and i was wondering if it will make a difference if i switch them to 12/12 when flowering starts? Thanks!

It will make a difference in that it will harm the production of the plants. They require zero darkness so 24/0 is the best.

      24/0 even during vegetative state?

Some run 24/0 others run 20/4. Some even run 18/6. But they technically need no dark period.

I still think there is a benefit to dark time - photoperiod plants certainly need the dark time to develop their flowers. So.......
