Hello growers!
Need some advice on how to make the optimal MH/ HPS setup.
I just got some 600 W ballasts and reflectors really cheap and want to start my first HPS grow. I have previously only used great LED lights with good result.
My growroom have an total growarea of 200Γ300 cm except tools and storage.
1.How much does one 600 W cover?
My LED-lights says they replace 1000 W but only draws 610W. Can I count that an MH/HPS cover an 39% smaller area than my LED?
2.I intend to use my RDWC system but I'm not sure how to lay out the buckets.
How would you design a growroom of this size (max2Γ3m)??
I dont want it to be to tight, its nice to have some room when working.
I was thinking about growing on both sides and then build a ScrOG-net for each side(80Γ300). Leaves a lane of 40 cm in the middle.
Open for all suggestions!
The RDWC is easy to redesign so I can place the buckets however I want.
The layout of the bukets have to match the covrage-area of the 600 W light fairly. . .
3. Does dual spectrum lights really work or are they just BS?
Lezzgoo!
