Any LED under 600$ and your recommendation! (Please link to product page)
DrPhoton has kindly agreed to help us find all the true values in PPF for cheaper LEDs to help smaller grows find what they are looking for!

DD, “I will not be able to ascertain accurate Photon flux values like with the high end list i have made. But if i gather enough data i could compile a list that still provides some level of valuable information.

So for the success of this i need more data!”

This is just me speaking, cause I don't know anything about Led lights, but out off the 8-10autoflowers I've grown, before getting my 315cmh, my buds grown under a cheap Galaxy Hydro
300watt were way better than the buds grown under my 450viparspectr, lots harder more sticky and smelled better.
I don't think the 450vipar grows decent buds, at all, they are way to fluffy, they do fine for vegging, but not good at all
    for flowering, imo.
GHydro cobs did a fine job of growing nice heavy buds too. Way better than the 450vipar.
Cfls for a week or two
    315lec for everything else
Dug up Ms.topsoil, with perlite added
    36x36x63 inch tent.
6inch - exaust - intake fans an scrubber
    Smart pots
    Molasses
    Autoflowers

I don't know if this is what you're looking for but I bought 2 of these in June, cost about $80 for both delivered. Hybergrow 300watt, the actual draw for mine is 105watts.

My NorthernLight Auto's tripled in height from 18" in week 4 to 55" in week 6.
        Sour60 autos.
        3 gal grow bags 70/30 coco/perlite.
        26"x 44"x 78" tall grow area.
2 - 300 watt HyberGrow full spectrum LEDs (actual 105watts).
