It's pretty strange that doctor's are now prescribing cannabis for arthritis sufferer's...
I mean, the definition of arthritis is inflammation of the joints...

Rwise get some nettle (stinging Nettle ) and make a tea from the leaves,it has been proven to reduce arthritis meds by half in europe so it should help if your not on meds

Thanks for the tip OJH. Lucky for us nettles are abundant in our woods. I have used it many times. it even has a slight sweet flavor to me.
The comment above was a play on words btw...lol

I'm afraid we ate all the stinging nettle up long ago, we put in the polk salad with many other wild greens!

I much prefer the incineration of joints.

I remember putting banana peels in the clothes dryer WAY BACK in the 60s. The urban myth was going around that you could get high on the dried peels. We were so desperate to get high we were chugging bottles of Romilar.

starramus I remember when I was in my early 20s. Waiting for the sun to come up, so we can get out in a cow pasture and pick Magic Mushrooms. I remember one morning my brother-in-law and I picked 2 grocery bags full. You had to be out very early so you can beat the rest of the Hippies to the magic cow patties. We spend many weekends being totally wasted. I forgot all about that 'till you mentioned the banana peels.

That reminded me of an overnighter at Lake Arrowhead in Texas. We were in tech school (Air Force) in summer 1975. One of the guys was from Georgia. When he got some leave he went home to get his car and come back. While he was home he did the mushroom picking. He came back with a mason jar of the most god awful mushroom tea. We tripped our asses off for over twelve hours! Damn that was a good trip. What really stands out though is how stupid us yankees can be sometimes. I was walking to the lake to do a quick rinse of some stuff and wash my hands. One of the southerners grabbed a stone and chucked it about five feet from where I was headed. All of a sudden the water was black with cotton mouth snakes or water moccasins whatever. Scared the crap outta me. Up north we have winter and that really keeps that kind of stuff in check. Glad he was on top of things cuz I don't know how that was going to go.

After the Marines I joined the National Guard , they used to bring beer and nips to the field with us well one of my team members brought some mushrooms ,so we bought a case of beer and walked out in the middle of a huge field ,it got foggy so we couldn't tell where we were, star wars had just come out so we did light saber fights ,we laughed all night and made enough noise to keep the company awake when we could see we went back to the area still high as a kite ,the company gunny came over and and said I could take my team on a 5 mile run or go do the Battalion tactical test ,I opted for the tack test ,we ended up winning the test so we skated by all the trouble we were in for keeping the Company up man there were some pissed off people , My Response was well if your going to soar with the eagles then you better be able to hoot with the owls, they didn't like that either

This was in one of our restaurants.

I like Maher for the most part. Not always the funniest but usually thought provoking.

I am going to stay away from religion and politics. Except people who believe in a God of some sort and not in a Satan of some sort are myopic. People gotta have their balance. My views are apostatic. Think, veni, vidi, I have the t-shirt. I could drop a few world leaders who are/were about as Satan as a body can get without horns and a tail.
SoCal have had a few dispensary burglaries. Maybe one shooting. There was also a lady at a fast food chicken restaurant who got shot in the face. Dude went into a synagogue and tried killing more than the one he did. Another dude went to a garlic festival up north and started shooting before he got hisself shot. New focuses on dispensaries because everyone has an opinion about legalization.

Yesiree Carlin was King. There's a newbie though who I feel may even be eclipsing Carlin. More political, and possibly more of a skeptic, but he looks like jeezus.
