Reasons for not topping these plants are - wanted to see how they grow and how much of a yield when grown this way. And then compare to my next grow which will be in 3 gallon geopots and topped.
The three I'm talking about are all in Promix soil in 1 1/2 gallon fabric pots. All given General Hydroponic Trio with CaliMagic. All given about 7 foliar feedings to this date with Foliar Essence (more on that later).
Fed on a nute/nute/flush schedule. Flushed sometimes with molasses.
Smallest is Super Lemon Haze - 1-1 THC - CBD 21 inches tall. Her trichomes on in the cloudy some amber stage, so sometime next week or so.
Tallest is Purple Stilton - THC - CBD - both high - she is 32 inches tall and trichomes are all getting cloudy. Weird thing is they are all getting cloudy at the same time - I'm used to seeing some cloudy some beginning with amber and some still clear. So all cloudy is different for me. Buds are going from fat to getting real huge.
The other being Bubba Kush - took me a while to get a third going so she is about 3 weeks behind the other two. And standing at 26 inches she is catching up fast.
Side effects for using Foliar Essence are : fattest buds I've ever grown; fastest plants I've ever grown (the ones currently); nothing but lush green leaves.
