Ventilation issues

Just got question about ventilation so i have my intake fan on and the ventilation flaps open on my tent for fresh air to go into the tent but if i keep the ventilation windows open i will most likely end up with light leaks.

So what i am asking is can i buy another intake fan and put it on the lower ventilation Hole so i can close my ventilation windows and have one fan blowing in fresh air through the bottom vent and my upper vent pulling air out through My Carbon Filter and keep the Ventilation windows closed all the time ?
