    lights

    have hps and been looking at leds can't swing major $$$$$$ have been looking at viparsectra 600 watt but the more i read the more i don't know so many lights failing in a short time can someone help

    I use HPS. I have owned 2 Viparspectras. The Vipers are great veg lights. That's all I have to say about them.
    completed 7 grows
    what I have learned so far:
    environment maters more than nutrients
    at least a dab of nutrients in every watering
    effective flushing before harvest is critical to quality

      Yes using LED for veg is great. Sodium discharge for flower.

    i run 2 400w mh for veg and 2 400w hps for flower works great but a little harder to maintain the temperature
    4'x 6' x 8' room
    2-400w MH/HPS bulbs
    sunshine mix #4
    mega crop nutes

    I want to get an MH/HPS combo, but my only issue will be maintaining the heat. Sure I can spend a few more $$$ for extra equipment to help lower the heat, but try telling that to my budget lol. Who knows, perhaps once my current LED's burn out or something.
