Is this sick one fem or male?

Hello! I'm first time grower and i got a sick plant. I dont know is it male or female. Ive also another plant at the same room which is germiated from a femized seed . This plant looks like fem. and there is some leaves (or buds?) in its body already. It stucked at about 40 cm lenght because of sickness. I want to learn is this plant a poteantia danger for other healty and feminezed plant.

Note: Pics are looks like much green then real color.

You have a healthy female flowering. It is indeed growing buds and will not get much taller from now on.
